Full job description

Staff Management (hiring of spa personnel, branch payroll, performance evaluation, manpower scheduling, policies implementation, training and mentoring, teambuilding etc.)
Sales Performance & Profitability (quota setting & achievement monitoring, sales incentive, profit & loss management, local store marketing)
Customer Service (attending to customer queries & concerns, customer satisfaction)
Branch Operations (inventory management, facilities management, gov’t permits and licenses, etc.)

Job Qualifications:

College graduate of Business, Marketing and other related course
With relevant experience in branch operations, preferably in Beauty & Wellness industry is a plus
With strong people handling & leadership skills
With strong sales & marketing skills
With good communication skills
Can start ASAP
