We’re hiring an experienced Quality Control (QC) Social Media Admin to ensure everything we publish is accurate, on-brand, and effective. This is a hands-on role auditing content, fact-checking claims, and guiding creators with constructive feedback.

• Pre-publish QA: Review captions, visuals, links, tags, and CTAs for accuracy, grammar, tone, and compliance with brand & platform policies.
• Fact-checking: Verify claims, stats, sources, and attributions; flag risks and suggest safe, precise wording.
• Feedback & coaching: Give clear, actionable notes to writers/designers; track recurring issues and set standards.
• Data QC: Audit analytics reports (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google/GA4) to identify anomalies, gaps, or tracking errors.
• Competitor sweeps: Research competitor content, surface trends, and propose content tests and improvements.
• Governance: Maintain checklists, style guides, and approval flows; help improve our content QA process.

• 3+ years in social/content QA, copy editing, or digital content management.
• Proven work with overseas companies (experience with Australian brands is a strong plus).
• Elite attention to detail, strong research skills, and rigorous source validation.
• Confident giving constructive, respectful feedback; calm under deadlines.
• Comfortable with common tools: Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, project boards (Asana/Jira/Trello), and platform-native analytics.

• Familiarity with brand safety, defamation/claims risk, and platform ad policies.
• Basic UTM/tracking knowledge; GA4/Looker Studio experience.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices (alt text, captions).
