Specific Job title/Position: APM (Associate Process Manager) Payroll

(TL level)
  • Graduate of Bachelors Degree
  • Willing to work FULLY ONSITE in Alabang, Muntinlupa
  • Amenable to work on a any shift assigned: most likely night shift
  • At least 3 years of payroll experience, with at least 1 year in TL level/ leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, statutory contributions, and labor laws.
  • Experience handling large employee populations (preferably BPO/shared services).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
