About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team at DMC Group of companies'. As a Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing visually striking designs that align with our brand identity and marketing initiatives.This full-time position is based in our Taguig City office, where you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring our creative vision to life.
What you'll be doing- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and design briefs
- Conceptualise and produce high-quality graphic designs, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets
- Ensure design consistency across various marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media platfor
- Provide support and guidance to more junior team members as needed
- Participate in regular feedback sessions and iterative design processes to refine and finalise designs
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 6 motnhs of experience as a Graphic Artist or Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, creative-driven environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong eye for aesthetics, with the ability to create visually appealing and on-brand designs
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improving your design skills
