Junior Multimedia Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about graphic design, video production, photography, branding, and multimedia content creation.

As a Junior Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in bringing the Nexus brand to life through engaging visual content. You will create multimedia assets that support marketing campaigns, events, corporate communications, websites, presentations, and social media initiatives while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
• Competent in photography, videography, and multimedia production
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro and Photoshop), PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, branding, and visual communication principles
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Knowledge of website design and content management systems such as WordPress
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Internet and social media-savvy
• Has a knack for coming up with creative ideas
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or voice-over production
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization

Key Responsibilities

• Create multimedia content including static graphics, motion graphics, marketing collaterals, presentation decks, event materials, merchandise designs, and branded assets
• Produce and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, events, campaigns, and company initiatives
• Design visual assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and social media platforms
• Support the production of reports, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Revise and improve existing creative assets based on feedback while ensuring brand consistency across all outputs

• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing photos and videos for company events, partner activities, and marketing initiatives
• Organize and maintain multimedia assets, project files, and content libraries

• Assist in designing website banners, landing page visuals, and other digital assets
• Support website updates and improvements through creative and visual contributions
• Collaborate with the team to improve user experience and content presentation across digital platforms

• Work closely with the Marketing team and various technology product teams to support campaigns and initiatives
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations for marketing projects, events, and branding initiatives
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely project completion
• Work within established workflows, templates, and brand guidelines to maintain consistency and quality

• Research design trends, creative tools, and emerging technologies
• Assist in conducting competitive analysis and gather creative inspiration to enhance marketing efforts
• Continuously develop design and multimedia skills to support the team's evolving needs
