Castiel Pacific Ventures Inc. is a trusted supplier of construction materials and building supplies serving contractors, developers, and businesses. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support our purchasing and supplier coordination operations.

Position: Procurement Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Las Piñas

Job Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and purchasing construction materials and supplies
Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and orders
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
Monitor inventory levels and help ensure timely replenishment
Compare prices and help identify cost-effective purchasing options
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams
Ensure purchased items meet company requirements and quality standards
Support daily procurement and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in procurement, purchasing, or construction industry is an advantage but not required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
