Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting sales targets
Maintain customer relationships by providing support, gathering feedback, and conveying customer requirements to the product development teams
Prepare and submit sales reports to management
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends
Understands our products, our market competition and how to position products to overcome these factors.
Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfactionPerforms additional duties as required and or requested.
Ability to determine solutions for customers.
Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.Understand the dynamics and process of selling.
Customer service with a commitment to excellence.
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Knowledge of how to use computers for various tasks.
Ability to work comfortably under fast-paced conditions.
