FINANCE OFFICER

A Finance Officer is responsible for all financial aspects of a business or organisation. They manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.

Job Description:

• Preparing and submitting for utility, tax, and other company bills
• Using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to keep, maintain and balance financial records
• Writing daily reports, preparing general ledgers, trial balance, and other financial statements
• Preparing other accounting, statistical, and financial reports
• Performing other duties and errand.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance/Accounting)
• Computer literate
• Documentation skills / Presentation skills/ Interpersonal skills/ Attention to detail
• Experience as an finance officer/Book keeper
• Warm personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under limited supervision
• Multi-tasking, motivated and energetic, confident and trustworthy, must be flexible and detailed oriented.
• Can effectively communicate in English and Mandarin
• Can start ASAP
