Payroll Clerk

We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join our team. If you have experience in payroll processing and are knowledgeable in using Integra and/or other payroll systems, we encourage you to apply!

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
• With experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in using Integra and/or other payroll systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to handle confidential payroll information with integrity.
• Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and employee timekeeping data.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting regarding payroll-related concerns.
• Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as assigned.
