Job Description Drives revenue for the business in the region via acquisition and usage programs.

Recommends expansion areas and/or untapped market/lifestyle/ psychographics or other business opportunities for Brand. Develops and implements programs that are aligned to the Brand value proposition. Drives effective, seamless and timely execution of Brand campaigns and major sales related programs specific to regions assigned.

Determines region specific consumer insights and manages idea generation process. Collaborates with Sales in developing critical capabilities and customer experience requirements to support programs. Manages the preparation and valuation of business cases DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES REGIONAL STRATEGY EXECUTION

  • Leads & evaluates the total Luzon Broadband Regional business, strategy, and program development to grow both Postpaid and Prepaid Broadband in the 3 Territories
  • Drives execution of the Broadband Business strategies to acquire new BB customers in Luzon Cluster, while growing the base of all Broadband products.
  • Ensures alignment of the regional programs and strategies to the total brand proposition of BB (GFP, HPW and GAH).
REGIONAL MARKETING & TERRITORY EXECUTION
  • Ensures regional translation of BB Brand Position (GFP and GAH) and develops, execute Territory programs aligned with regional insights and learnings in Luzon Cluster (Territory 1, 2, 5).
  • Manages brand equity and imagery of BB Products (GFP, GAH, HPW) ensuring cut-through and relevance of messaging in each region Determines the budget recommendation and oversees the execution of the regional strategies to drive the BB business
  • Oversees, resolves, manages and recommends the A&P spending and ensuring allocations will deliver the most revenue conversions REGIONAL INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS
  • Drives the regional dashboarding, brand health tracking, deepdive and drilldown to determine key action plans to address business issues and challenges of the Luzon Territories, and determine key program plans to address business issues and challenges of the region
  • Facilitates, advises, communicates, and leads customer insights and global trends specific to the region, and ensure brand products, services, and propositions are developed for current and future customer needs TALENT BUILDING
  • Develops personal training plan to further brand skills based on baseline performance
