HR MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops the HR team, to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization and prepare them for career development and succession.
• Provides direction, guidance and support to the department through the Section Officers and/or Team Lead to ensure that the day-to-day activities are implemented in an effective and timely manner.
• Manages the budget for the group ensuring that critical items are in place for efficient operations.
• Coaches, supervises, reviews and monitors the performance of subordinates and make recommendations on personnel movements, promotions and transfers.
• Monitors and enforces the compliance of subordinates to company policies and work with HR Officer for disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Manages department staffing including employee selection, development and conversely, letting go of those who do not meet the company's performance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to manage and develop a positive and productive management team.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change
• Self starter, who takes the initiative.
• Has a good communication skill both written and verbal.
• With at least 4-5 years experience in human resource related operations.
