We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering comprehensive product knowledge to ensure the proper use and benefits of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for sales and promotion by effectively marketing pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Your tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing product samples and literature to support your sales efforts.

Additionally, you will manage customer relationships by building and maintaining strong connections with healthcare professionals, developing new customer accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge and Territory Management:

You will stay updated on product information, industry trends, and competitor activities, educating healthcare professionals on the benefits, uses, and side effects of our products. Accurate and up-to-date information about new products and services will be a critical part of your role.

Territory management will involve planning and managing sales activities within an assigned region, identifying potential sales opportunities, and monitoring sales performance and market trends to report to management. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records, and preparing sales reports and forecasts will also be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in medical sales or a related field is preferred. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong sales and negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, and good organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required. Training and development opportunities will be provided to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills, including attendance at industry conferences, seminars, and meetings to stay informed about new developments.
