GalenX is looking for a Field Auditor!
Job Description- Conduct field audits for customers and Account Sales Executives (ASEs), including review of receipts, invoices, and inventory verification.
- Plan and perform audit procedures such as physical stock checks and examination of financial records.
- Verify receipts submitted by ASEs against collection summaries and accounting records.
- Analyze financial data to identify control deficiencies, fraud risks, or non-compliance with company policies.
- Inspect account books, accounting systems, and financial records to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Verify company assets and liabilities through supporting documents and physical checks when necessary.
- Prepare audit workpapers and detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and established procedures.
- Prepare special audit and control reports by analyzing operational data and trends.
- Support team objectives and perform related audit or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder
