Cebu2World Development Inc., a subsidiary of Megawide Corporation, is looking for a detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support the Company’s human resources and administrative operations. Reporting to the HR Officer, this role will be key in delivering efficient HR services, supporting employee engagement activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting in office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, benefits documentation, and 201 files.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, candidate scheduling, and onboarding preparations.
- Assist in government benefits remittance reports and in timekeeping and payroll-related processes.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and internal HR programs.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, onboarding kits, laptop and software requests for new hires.
- Support offboarding procedures such as clearances, exit interviews, and final pay documentation.
- Manage office supplies procurement and inventory, ensuring availability of essentials for daily operations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and vehicle management including bookings, permits, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least two (2) years of related experience in Human Resource operations.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
