About the role
JTC Power Systems, a provider of electrical engineering solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced electrical systems for a variety of projects.This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, but assigned to provinces outside Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Designing and overseeing the installation and testing of electrical power distribution systems, including protection relays, RTUs, SCADA, switchgears, and other electrical equipment
- Conducting detailed analyses and feasibility studies to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of electrical systems
- Developing and implementing maintenance and repair protocols to ensure the reliable and safe operation of electrical infrastructure
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, construction crews, and clients, to deliver successful projects
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to provide innovative solutions
- Mentoring and training junior engineers to support their professional development
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Electrical Engineer, preferably in the power generation or distribution industry
- Strong technical expertise in electrical system design, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Proficient in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and PLC programming tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, and willing to work on Sundays and holidays.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations
