About the role:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for delivering the Company’s business projects to customers in a dynamic environment. This includes managing project delivery, reporting, financial tracking, and customer engagement. The PM may either lead projects directly or support senior managers on strategic programs.Success in this role requires strong scope and financial management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

What You'll Need:
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Education
- Tertiary qualifications (University Degree or Diploma) in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, with the capacity to conceptualize and evaluate alternatives.
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments and respond decisively to challenges.
- Excellent administrative capabilities, including familiarity with project lifecycles, documentation standards, and methodologies.

- Background in ICT or telecommunications sectors, with familiarity in industry-specific challenges and practices.
- Additional Technical Skills
- Certifications like CCNA or ITIL.
- Knowledge of ICT software and hardware products.
- Experience with platforms such as Helix, SMART, and AWS.
