The opportunity

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist with background in volume hiring. This role is for a fix term 6-month or 1 year contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end to end recruitment activities and develop hiring strategies for volume hiring
  • Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand hiring profiles and regularly ensures team is aligned
  • Proactively source candidates using different sourcing channels and techniques
  • Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across various stages of assessment that will promote a consistent positive applicant experience
  • Building and maintaining hiring manager or stakeholder relationships
  • Effectively manage the accuracy of all recruitment related database and MIS systems

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required with more than 3 years of combined relevant experience in Talent Acquisition managing volume hiring
  • Knowledge in various hiring profiles and segments for volume recruiting, technical, IT/Technology, retail, finance, and accounting etc.
  • Must have solid background in various hiring and assessment methodologies and experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment preferably in a BPO/Shared Services environment. Knowledge in criteria-based interviewing is a definite advantage
  • Applicants must be amenable to work onsite in our Clark, Pampanga site observing mid shift schedule
