Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing

Create, schedule, and send professional email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, client updates).
Maintain and grow the company’s email contact lists.
Segment audiences to target the right clients with personalized content.
Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversions, and provide performance reports.
Ensure branding, tone, and messaging align across all campaigns.

Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar for posts, stories, and reels.
Write engaging captions, create graphics or coordinate with designers, and select trending audio for reels.
Respond to comments and messages promptly, ensuring professional and warm customer interaction.
Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize strategies based on data.
Stay up to date with trends to maximize visibility and engagement.

General Marketing & Branding

Assist in planning and executing digital ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing collateral (flyers, proposals, presentations).
Manage website content updates and SEO basics.
Support event promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
Monitor competitors’ marketing efforts and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
Provide weekly reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and campaign results.
