Retail Deployment Manager

Job Description

• Contractual - Until August 31, 2026
• Onsite / Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed | BGC Taguig
• Salary Offer: Php 80,000+ 3,000 non taxable allowance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of working experience in IT deployment, project management, or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Availability and willingness to work on shifts for a 24x7 operational model.
• Adapts to changing workload and assignments depending on the demand.
• Proficient in Sharepoint, Microsoft Project and Jira.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Documentation (Flow chart / DFD/ Component Diagram)
• Knowledge in Unix and PostgreSQL

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement deployment strategies.
• Manage deployment schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Project & Risk Management
• Oversee deployment-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with deployments.
• Conduct post-deployment reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during deployment phases.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on deployment progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Technical Oversight
• Ensure deployment processes follow best practices and change management.
• Monitor system performance post-deployment.
