Nature of Work- Educate clients on life insurance and investment-based financial solutions
- Assess client needs and craft personalised financial plans
- Guide clients in setting and reaching long-term financial goals
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Build your own team and develop future leaders under your wing
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (any course)-Psychology, Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, Health Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Office Administration, Accountancy, and other Business-related Courses are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong interest or background in finance, investments, or client service
- Willing to be trained and coached for leadership roles
- Residing in or near Metro Manila (preferred)
- Experience in sales/marketing is an advantage, but not required
