SEO Specialist
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to help strengthen our online presence and drive organic growth across our digital platforms. This role will be responsible for optimizing websites, improving search rankings, and implementing strategies that increase organic traffic and conversions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and execute the company's SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions
- Optimize website content, meta tags, site structure, and overall on-page SEO performance
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the Web Development team
- Develop and manage backlink and off-page SEO initiatives
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion performance through analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Web Dev teams to support business and campaign goals
- Ensure all websites follow SEO best practices and Google Search Essentials
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve search visibility, user engagement, and organic growth
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3–5+ years of solid SEO experience
- Strong understanding of Google Search Essentials, ranking factors, and technical SEO
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent writing, auditing, and analytical skills
