Key Responsibilities

Operations & Sales Management
  • Manage area operations, sales activities, and partner relations.
  • Meet/exceed sales targets; deliver presentations and marketing activities.
  • Submit reports (IT Weekly, DAR, PMS, Market Share, etc.).
Partner Relations & Prospecting
  • Profile prospects, maintain partner relationships, and ensure market visibility.
  • Conduct regular visits to partners and prospects.
Collections & Documentation
  • Ensure timely collections (cash/cheques) and manage documentation (receipts, contracts).
  • Ensure zero past-due balances.
Administrative & Reporting
  • Submit accurate reports on sales performance, service, and inventory.
  • Handle product deliveries and replenishment requests.
Asset Management & Operational Support
  • Ensure proper care of company assets (vehicles, phones, equipment).
  • Conduct area visits and perform basic Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS).
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work with District Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing Head to align area strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and execute strategies accordingly.
Incident Management
  • Report incidents and make decisions based on company policies for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, area management, or related fields is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills is a must.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative duties and report generation.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive 4-wheeled vehicles.
  • Professional and presentable, in line with company standards.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and manage multiple locations.
  • Basic technical aptitude for light equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
