JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Human Resources Associate – Talent Management & Labor Relations is responsible for leading and executing strategic people initiatives related to talent development, performance management, and employee and labor relations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and senior leadership, ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws, and drives a fair, engaged, and high‑performance workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Management
  • Lead the performance management cycle, talent reviews, and development planning
  • Support succession planning, competency mapping, and IDPs
  • Partner with leaders to address performance gaps and retention strategies
  • Provide insights and reports on talent and performance outcomes
Employee & Labor Relations
  • Handle employee relations cases including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure proper due process and compliance with Philippine labor laws
  • Draft key documents such as NTEs, case summaries, and administrative decisions
  • Advise managers on case handling, risk mitigation, and people issues
HR Advisory & Governance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and practices
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to talent management and employee/labor relations
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive cases with sound judgment and confidentiality
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders is a plus
