JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Human Resources Associate – Talent Management & Labor Relations is responsible for leading and executing strategic people initiatives related to talent development, performance management, and employee and labor relations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and senior leadership, ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws, and drives a fair, engaged, and high‑performance workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Management- Lead the performance management cycle, talent reviews, and development planning
- Support succession planning, competency mapping, and IDPs
- Partner with leaders to address performance gaps and retention strategies
- Provide insights and reports on talent and performance outcomes
- Handle employee relations cases including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure proper due process and compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Draft key documents such as NTEs, case summaries, and administrative decisions
- Advise managers on case handling, risk mitigation, and people issues
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and practices
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to talent management and employee/labor relations
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive cases with sound judgment and confidentiality
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders is a plus
