Job Summary

We are hiring Collections Specialists for a local accounts responsible for handling overdue customer accounts and ensuring timely payments. The role requires strong phone handling, persistence, and the ability to deal with Filipino customers professionally and firmly.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers with past due balances (outbound collections)
Send SMS / email follow-ups for payment reminders
Negotiate payment terms (partial payments, due dates, restructuring if allowed)
Secure Promise-to-Pay (PTP) and ensure follow-through
Update account notes accurately in CRM/dialer
Handle disputes, complaints, and basic account clarifications
Escalate uncooperative or high-risk accounts
Meet daily call quota and monthly collection targets
Performance-based incentives (company discretion)

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in collections, billing, or accounts receivable
Strong communication skills in Tagalog and English
Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls
Assertive, disciplined, and target-driven personality
Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, dialer systems)
Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig
