Demand Planner

What you'll be doing
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to develop accurate demand forecasts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand planning with broader business objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform demand planning strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting models and inventory management processes
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate planning insights to stakeholders
- Provide recommendations to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey planning insights
- Adaptable and collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail
- Amenable to work ONSITE at Libis, Quezon City (Mon-Fri, CWW)
