About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and digital transformation efforts. This full-time position is based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, analyse complex systems, and devise innovative solutions to optimise operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
- Conducting thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable specifications
- Designing and prototyping new solutions to address identified business needs
- Coordinating with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Providing ongoing support and training to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions
- Identifying opportunities for further optimisation and process enhancements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and devise effective solutions
- Proficient in documenting requirements, designing process flows, and creating detailed technical specifications
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
