WHAT IS A/AN SUPPLY CHAIN DATA ANALYTICS?
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our supply chain team, specialising in data analytics. This role will leverage data-driven insights to support supply chain optimisation, operational efficiency, and strategic decision making.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, actionable reporting and analysis, driving business value throughout the entire supply chain process.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?- Collect, validate, and analyse large datasets from various supply chain systems and sources
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide insights to supply chain and business stakeholders
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements across supply chain operations
- Support forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning through data analysis
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and IT teams to resolve data issues and continuously improve data accuracy
- Assist in the development and automation of analytics tools and processes for ongoing supply chain optimization
- Prepare regular and ad hoc analytics reports for management and supply chain leaders
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 1–3 years’ experience in a data analytics, data reporting, or business intelligence role (supply chain experience preferred but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools
- Experience with SQL queries and data extraction from ERP or similar systems an advantage
- Ability to analyse complex datasets and summarise findings to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new analytical tools and methodologies
