Your main job duties:
- Planning and management the implementation of projects from start to finish
- Defining project’s scope and goals with key stakeholders
- Providing effective management support to project teams on all work streams
- Team and conflicts management
- Resources planning, split and allocation
- Managing projects day-to-day administration and activities
- Project evaluations and results measurement
- Effective detailed reporting on leaded projects
- Team and conflicts management
- Growing together with a teammates, extend professional and domain expertise
Professional requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in the full SDLC process
- Knowledge and expertise in successful web development projects
- Experience with project management ticketing and documentation systems (Jira & Confluence)
- Knowledge of project management systems and tools
- A leadership and a team management skills
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Presentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Self-discipline and ability to self-management
- Reports and documentation management
