The Qualifications We Seek
  • 3+ years previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and industry regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems (Xplan), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Your Daily Tasks
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and completing client fact finds and personal insurance statements
  • Manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain ongoing communication regarding their financial plans
  • Enter and update client data daily in Xplan
  • Support financial advisers by preparing documentation, annual reviews, FDS, and Opt-ins
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Implement financial plans by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as fund managers, superfunds, insurers, and underwriters
  • Follow up on client medical reports and related documentation
  • Monitor and manage client service workflows for efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to client portfolios
  • Identify areas to improve client engagement and service delivery
  • Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and support process improvement, technology upgrades, and special projects
