About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager (Baguio) to join our team at SM APPLIANCE (STAR APPLIANCE CENTER, INC.)'. As a Store Manager in our Baguio City Benguet location, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service.This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits and opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing them with coaching, training, and support to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve store targets
- Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company's values
- Collaborate with regional management to identify and implement new initiatives that enhance the customer experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis
- Passionate about the retail industry and committed to driving business growth
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
