Responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems within a shopping mall. The role ensures comfortable indoor temperatures, proper ventilation, and reliable cooling systems for shoppers, tenants, staff, and sensitive equipment areas.
The RAC Technician works closely with engineering, mall administration, housekeeping, contractors, and tenant representatives to keep HVAC and cooling systems running efficiently with minimal downtime.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- RAC/HVAC experience preferred.
- Vocational RAC certification preferred.
- Experience in malls or commercial facilities is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible mall schedules.
