Employment Type: Permanent (after 5 months probationary period)

Responsibilities:

• Performs hands-on work in maintenance duties related to mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Supervise and lead maintenance workers in maintenance operations.
• Execute maintenance plan and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspection of machines and equipment.
• Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies.
• Monitoring of equipment and spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
• Keep maintenance logs and report daily activities as necessary.
• Willing to work overtime.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or Graduate of Vocational Training School in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or Plant Maintenance
• Work experience in any manufacturing industry
• Proven experience as hands-on maintenance worker and/or supervisor
• Solid understanding of hydraulic extrusion process, and mechanical and electrical systems
• Should be detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptive to a fast-paced work environment.
• Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be willing to be hands on and actually perform repair and maintenance work.
