JOB VACANCY: ONE (1) PLATING MANAGER

Develop, refine, and optimize electroplating processes to improve productivity and quality.
Implement and maintain quality control programs, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of plating equipment and facilities.
Evaluate the surface finish of plated parts, ensuring they meet the required aesthetic and functional standards
Managing chemical inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies are available for plating operations, and optimizing purchasing practices.
Working to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting quality standards, delivery schedules, and addressing any issues or concerns.

Qualifications/Requirements

1-2 years’ experience in same field.
High school or vocational Graduate in any field.
Can communicate and understand both mandarin and Chinese
Professionals who coat objects in thin layers of metal by using the process of electroplating.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization is essential.
Expertise in electroplating principles, chemistry, equipment operation, and troubleshooting is essential.
