What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Salesforce Administration Fundamentals: Proven experience in administering a Salesforce org, including user setup, security settings (profiles, permission sets, roles), and data management.
- User Provisioning: Expertise in creating, deactivating, and managing user accounts, including password resets and troubleshooting login issues.
- Data Management: Proficiency in data import and export using tools like Data Loader and familiarity with data cleansing and deduplication best practices.
- Declarative Development: Strong command of Salesforce's "clicks not code" tools. You must be skilled in creating and managing custom fields, objects, validation rules, and implementing business logic using Flow.
- Integration Experience: Experience working with Salesforce integrations with other systems and managing user access for third-party applications and add-ons.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve user issues and platform-related problems, including triage and investigation of support tickets to resolution or product review.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear instructions, support users, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Engagement with teams across the business to align priorities and
timeframes for core tasks.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) or proven experience in a similar role.
- Change Management: Experience in the deployment of new features and changes using scratch orgs and Salesforce CLI.
- Aspiration to Enhance Development Skills: While not expected to be a master, a strong conceptual understanding of Apex is highly valued.
- You should be able to read and understand existing code and assist developers with basic debugging tasks.
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce org, including user setup, security configurations (profiles, roles, permission sets), and data access controls.
- Manage user provisioning: create, deactivate, and troubleshoot user accounts, including password resets and login issues.
- Perform data import/export using tools like Data Loader; ensure data accuracy through cleansing and deduplication.

- Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues; triage support tickets and collaborate with product teams for resolution.
