Senior Recruiter (Australian / Global Market) – Work From Home
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience supporting the Australian market. Candidates with global recruitment experience are also highly encouraged to apply. This role is fully remote and focused on end-to-end recruitment across various roles, ensuring high-quality talent delivery and a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Australian and/or global clients (sourcing to offer stage)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Source and engage top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate screening
- Maintain accurate records and reports using ATS and recruitment tools
Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience supporting Australian and/or global markets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in end-to-end and high-volume hiring
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Stable career history (no frequent job changes or short tenures)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
