Job Brief

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent (Travel Specialist) with proven experience handling essential travel products such as hotels, flights, tours, transfers, and car rentals. The role’s primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely support, resolving inquiries effectively, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing cases with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
 Analyze client needs and provide effective resolutions whenever possible during the initial interaction.
 Create, monitor, and update service tickets/cases/cards within Inspira’s CRM and related tools.
 Proactively keep guests informed of the status of their inquiries until resolution is achieved.
 Deliver written reports to guests summarizing the outcomes of their inquiries and the resolutions provided.
 Collaborate with customers, travel suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and complete case resolution.
 Maintain internal databases and daily activity reports with accurate details of customer interactions.
 Share client scenarios, solutions, and best practices with colleagues to improve team efficiency.
 Gather and escalate customer feedback to relevant stakeholders to drive service improvements.

 Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications
 Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 Proven work experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar customer service role within the travel industry.
 Familiarity with travel supplier portals (GDS, hotel booking platforms, etc.) is a strong advantage.
 Prior experience in a reputable Contact Center or BPO environment.
 Excellent customer service skills and commercial awareness.
 Demonstrates a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude, even in challenging situations.
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
 Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Solid knowledge of both domestic and international travel trends.

 Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.  Personal travel experience is a plus.
