Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring across multiple levels—from blue-collar roles to C2-level executives—and can independently execute sourcing strategies while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networks, and databases
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit
- Handle hiring across all levels, including blue-collar, mid-management, and C2-level leadership roles
- Partner with hiring managers for manpower planning and role profiling
- Coordinate interviews and provide structured feedback to stakeholders
- Facilitate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in both volume hiring (blue-collar) and executive search (C2 level)
- Strong independent sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and evaluation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in multi-industry recruitment
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- High attention to detail
- Results-driven with the ability to meet tight deadlines
