Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring across multiple levels—from blue-collar roles to C2-level executives—and can independently execute sourcing strategies while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networks, and databases
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit
  • Handle hiring across all levels, including blue-collar, mid-management, and C2-level leadership roles
  • Partner with hiring managers for manpower planning and role profiling
  • Coordinate interviews and provide structured feedback to stakeholders
  • Facilitate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience in both volume hiring (blue-collar) and executive search (C2 level)
  • Strong independent sourcing and headhunting capabilities
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and evaluation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
