To assist the R&D Department and Project Managers by performing data analysis, administrative, and clerical tasks. Main duties include processing data simultaneously and keeping the CRM up to date with general, financial, and call notes.
Salary Range: Php25,000 - Php35,000Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 8pm - 5am

Responsibilities:
Review the data format, analyze the data, and build out the initial calculation, project listing, and time tracking for PM review.
Reviews contracts to pull rights and risk terms for a PM's QC.
Receives final adjustments and notes from PM.
Initial form of the report is drafted.
CRM updates and hygiene: ensure CRM is updated with every customer interaction and that contact, email, phone, address, and property info are up to date and accurate
Research customers to ensure the CRM is up to date and accurate
Enter CRM call notes daily
Set up new accounts
Purchase Plus (and other) purchasing system/online ordering platform updates
Data extraction and reporting
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in Data, Sales Support, or Sales Admin-related background.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and phone skills.Proficient in the use of CRM systems, especially with Zoho and/or HubSpot.
Basic data entry and monitoring processes are required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Highly analytical and keen on details.
Strong work ethic and a team player.
