Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Generate New Leads for Bulk Sales
  • Identify potential leads based on their potential, opportunity, and profitability.
  • Utilize various channels and sources such as market research, networking, and referrals to generate high-quality leads to generate 6 new accounts monthly for the territory, adhering to the agreed sales plan.
  1. Sales Negotiation
  • Lead all sales negotiations on behalf of the company within the Bulk Sales Segment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to negotiate favorable terms and close deals effectively.
  1. Increase Sales Volume
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume in line with agreed targets.
  • Identify and leverage all potential sources of growth, working diligently to meet and exceed sales goals.
  1. Market Analysis
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly market analysis reports to Sales Support – Supervisor and Head of Sales and Marketing
  • Provide detailed feedback on pricing, market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior in a timely manner and sue market insights to inform strategic decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  1. Field Works
  • Conduct regular fieldwork including client visits and participation in customer events.
  1. Maintain Customer Relationships
  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support, handling and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by sending corporate gifts, tokens, giveaways,
marketing materials, and promotions.
  • Attend customer invitations and social gatherings related to sales or marketing activities to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  1. People Management and Administration
  • In Charge of maintaining a harmonious relationship with his/ her team members.
  • In – charge of the administrative function of the territory , getting all the instructions from the management cascaded in all members of the team
  1. Performance Metrics/Reports:
  • Sales Performance Report: Monthly, Quarterly , Annually
  • Lead Generation and New Accounts Report : Monthly , Quarterly, Annually
  • Field Work and Customer Engagement Report : Monthly
  • Financial Performance Report : Monthly , Quarterly
  • Customer Feedback and Resolution Report , Quarterly
