Cashier

About the role

This is a full-time role in a fast-paced environment, where you will play a vital part in the success of our business.

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, and operating the point-of-sale system
• Balancing cash drawers and reconciling daily sales reports
• Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with the retail team to ensure efficient store operations

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing retail role
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
