About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Team Leader to join our dynamic team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. in our Taguig City office. As the QA Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our customer service operations.This is a full-time position, with opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
What you'll be doing- Oversee and manage a team of Quality Assurance (QA) specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards of customer service
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with the management team to analyse data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide training and coaching to QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Serve as a liaison between the QA team and other departments, fostering effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or team leader role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, management, and customers
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Thorough understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards in the call centre and customer service sector
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
