Senior Clinical Data Analyst - Remote

About the role

This role combines hands‑on data analysis with deep knowledge of clinical research and pharmaceutical operations.

• Build source‑to‑target mappings and data models for clinical and financial systems.
• Integrate and validate data from CTMS, EDC, SAP, Ariba, and payment platforms.
• Support analytics for site payments, accruals, reconciliation, and budget tracking.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to align requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and trusted reporting across systems.

• 8+ years in data analysis, modeling, or product management, with 5+ years in life sciences or clinical research.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Experience with site payments, clinical finance, accruals, or reconciliation.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Ariba.
• Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, and clinical trial operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, or cloud analytics; knowledge of FMV, site budget management, and clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM).
