Junior System Administrator | Windows Server

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior System Administrator to join our growing team in Manila.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, with strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of core infrastructure services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys maintaining stable systems, resolving technical issues, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, and recommend improvements
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
- Support the management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection standards
- Maintain accurate system documentation, processes, and procedures
- Assist in server maintenance, patching, and routine system checks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in System Administration, specifically in Windows Server environments
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Domain Name System (DNS)
- DHCP
- Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
