Nail technician

A Nail Technician in a premium salon delivers high-quality nail care services while providing an exceptional, luxury-level client experience. This role requires advanced technical skills, attention to detail, strong hygiene practices, and excellent customer service.

1. Professional Nail Services

• Perform high-end manicures and pedicures (classic, gel, acrylic, builder gel, nail art, extensions)
• Execute precise cuticle care, shaping, and polishing
• Create custom nail designs tailored to client preferences
• Ensure long-lasting, flawless finishes

1. Client Experience & Service

• Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain a warm, professional, and attentive demeanor
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Handle client concerns or requests with care and professionalism

1. Hygiene & Safety Standards

• Follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols
• Disinfect tools and workstations before and after each client
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

1. Product Knowledge & Upselling

• Recommend premium nail care products and treatments
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance
• Promote salon packages and services when appropriate

1. Workspace Maintenance

• Keep work area clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Ensure tools and supplies are fully stocked and in excellent condition

1. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required

• With TESDA certification in Nail Care (NC II) or equivalent is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a premium or high-end salon is an advantage
• Skilled in gel polish, acrylic, and nail art techniques
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication skills in Filipino and basic English
• Can start ASAP
