SALES MANAGER

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and overseeing the entire sales cycle. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, mentoring your team, and ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and leadership roles.
• Strong background in executing sales strategies and improving customer experience.
• Solid foundation in B2B sales and relationship-building.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong understanding of sales funnel and pipeline management, lead generation, and sales operations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, and sales reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of market and competitor analysis, pricing strategy, margin management, and basic financial metrics.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.
