Qualifications
  • 3 years of relevant work experience as a Team Lead
  • Experience in high-volume, B2C-facing environments that are fast-paced and constantly evolving
  • Previous experience in content moderation is highly advantageous
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and proven resilience in managing sensitive or challenging cases
  • Ability to set professional boundaries and determine when to disengage from non-productive interactions
  • Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve varied issues quickly and accurately
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a digital environment and embraces learning new systems and tools
  • High level of organization with exceptional attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy approach with experience navigating multiple systems
  • Previous moderation experience, with video content experience as a bonus
  • Experience with Zendesk and Slack is an advantage
