- 3 years of relevant work experience as a Team Lead
- Experience in high-volume, B2C-facing environments that are fast-paced and constantly evolving
- Previous experience in content moderation is highly advantageous
- Strong customer-centric mindset and proven resilience in managing sensitive or challenging cases
- Ability to set professional boundaries and determine when to disengage from non-productive interactions
- Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve varied issues quickly and accurately
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a digital environment and embraces learning new systems and tools
- High level of organization with exceptional attention to detail
- Tech-savvy approach with experience navigating multiple systems
- Previous moderation experience, with video content experience as a bonus
- Experience with Zendesk and Slack is an advantage
- Use genuine passion for customer service and strong problem-solving ability to support quality outcomes
- Balance demand effectively while managing multiple priorities
