Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

This role requires the ability to manage accounting processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and monitor daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Review and verify financial transactions, journal entries, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely submission of government-mandated reports and compliance with Philippine accounting and tax regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and company expenses.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies when necessary.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Improve accounting systems, internal controls, and operational processes.
• Support management in financial decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Finance, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
