Customer service associate

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders from various online shopping platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok)
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
- Verify order accuracy, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected and packaged
- Print and apply shipping labels, and ensure packages meet carrier and marketplace requirements
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors
- Assist with incoming shipments, unloading and stocking products as needed
- Assist with returns processing, restocking, and inventory adjustments when necessary
- Adapt to changing priorities based on order volume, platform requirements, or shipping deadlines
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product availability via email, phone, or online messaging platforms
- Resolve order issues such as delays, damaged items, or incorrect shipments promptly and professionally
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding order status, product availability, returns, and general concerns
- Any 4-year course
- Preferably Female
- 1-year Warehousing experience
- Experience with packing, picking, and shipping processes
- Time management and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with various online shopping platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok)
