JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Associate (Trainer) will be responsible for developing and managing product training initiatives for internal teams, dealers, and partners. The role involves creating and updating training materials, supporting product launches and campaigns, answering product-related inquiries, and ensuring the timely dissemination of product updates.The position will also assist in product demonstrations, external meetings, and the creation of product guides to improve overall product knowledge and market readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement product training plans for internal teams, dealers, and external partners.
- Develop, update, and maintain product training decks, product guides, and other training materials
- Respond to product-related technical and feature inquiries from sales teams, dealers, and other departments.
- Disseminate product updates, feature changes, and key announcements to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in marketing, sales, and other teams during product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Conduct and support product demonstrations during meetings, events, and client engagements.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating product training sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product information and training content remain accurate and updated.
- Support the preparation of materials and presentations for external meetings and business reviews.
- Monitor competitors' products and industry trends to improve training effectiveness and product positioning.
- Maintain organized documentation of training materials, product specifications, and product knowledge resources.
- Support the Product Manager and Product Specialists in operational and administrative product-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- A strong interest in consumer electronics and lifestyle products.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Fresh graduate or 0-1 years of experience in a product-related or market research role (internships are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of market research techniques is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong and in the field when necessary.
