Café Restaurant Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher

Workforce Philippines Resources Inc. is looking for passionate and customer-oriented Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher to join our partner cafés!

Location: Alabang Muntinlup, BGC Taguig, Quezon City and San Juan, Makati, Paranaque

The Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher is responsible for assisting in the daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, washing dishes, and supporting cooks in food preparation. This role helps ensure the smooth flow of kitchen activities and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café or restaurant.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep kitchen floors, walls, and work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff in preparing ingredients (chopping, peeling, portioning, etc.).
• Properly store clean kitchen tools and utensils in designated areas.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure garbage bins are clean and organized.
• Refill cleaning supplies and assist in inventory of kitchen materials.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in carrying or transferring supplies as needed.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or chef.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate.
• With or without experience (training provided).
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Can work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
